Fishery insurance system in modern fishery construction

Abstract
Modern agriculture and modern fishery construction was strongly promoted by central leadership.It was widely discussed and in practice in the public society.A series of plans,programs and measures were constituted.Modern fishery construction is a big systematic work.Fishery insurance system is just a branch of the big system.It is very important to establish suited fishery insurance system in modern fishery construction.This issue needs to be studied and planed.This paper has proposed some suggestions on fishery insurance system development in China based on analysis of modern fishery construction background,requirement for fishery insurance in fishery risks management,industry policy for service fishery development and effective approach for striving for state subsidy.
