Abstract
Fishery safety has an important influence on fishery economy and harmonious development in fishery area.Establishing fishery safety law system is an important way to ensure fishery safety.Based on comparable analysis between fishery safety management and fishery safety law,author has expatiated major problems existed in current fishery safety management in China and proposed some constructive suggestions of strengthening the establishment of fishery safety law in China.
