Abstract

Fishery is an important industry for food security in the country.It is an important part in agriculture and rural economy in China.Currently,to speed up modern fishery construction is to promote fishery development mode transformation which means to transform traditional fishery to modern fishery,to pay attention to the resources saving and environmental friendly,sea food quality safety,scientific innovation,extention,application,fishermen's life and increasing international trade competition.To speed up modern fishery construction is one of the strategy tasks in fishery development in China in the period of the 12~(th)five year plan.
