Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect and safety of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment for patient with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia were chosen and randomly divided into group A with 64 cases and group B with 56 cases. On the basis of routine treatment, simvastatin 40 mg/d was used in group A,simvastatin 20 mg/d was used in group B,treatment course was 12 weeks.Lipid level, lipid standard rate before treatment, after treatment of 8 and 12 weeks and incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results After treatment of 8 weeks,TC in two groups was compared, with statistical difference(P0.05).After treatment of 12 weeks,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in two groups was compared respectively, with statistical difference(P0.05).TC standard rate in group A was 75.00%,significantly higher than that in group B(50.00%),with statistical difference(P0.05).LDL-C standard rate in group A was 76.56%,significantly higher than that in group B(64.28%),with statistical difference(P0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction in group A and group B was 10.94% and 8.93% respectively, with no statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, simvastatin 40 mg/d in the treatment of patient with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia has better effect than simvastatin 20 mg/d.It has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
