Contrast of Clinical Curative Effect of Different Doses of Simvastatin in the Treatment of Community Hyperlipidemia Patients

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of community hyperlipidemia patients.Methods 94 cases of hyperlipidemia patients who were treated by simvastatin in community were randomly divided into low dose group(10mg/d) and large dose group(20mg/d),47 cases in each group,compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of patients in two groups.Results After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C level of patients in two groups was significantly improved than before,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05),clinical curative effect of high dose treatment group was better than those in small doses group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Adverse reaction rate of high dose treatment group was 4.3%,slightly lower than that in low dose group(8.5%),the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Takingf large doses of simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia has good efficacy,clinical curative effect is better than that of low dose,and has low rate of adverse reactions,it is worthy of further clinical using.
