Abstract

Sheep placenta peptide is prepared by broken-refrigerating and unfreezing repeatedly. According to the content of polypeptide and the activity of SOD, the optimum distilling conditions are studied. The molecular weight and the bioactivity of sheep placenta peptide are measured by technology of gelatin column and E-wreath experiment. Optimum distilling conditions are as follow:refrigeration temperature, -32?℃; refrigeration time, 48 hours; refrigerating and unfreezing repeatedly, 3 times. Sheep placenta peptide has immunoregulating and antiaging effects, with molecular weight below 5000.
