Abstract
The sheep placental immunoreglating activity factor-Ⅰ(SPIF-Ⅰ) that one of the components of sheep placenta was isolated and purified from sheep placenta extract by ultrafiltration,Sephadex G-50,Sephadex G-25 and Sephadex G-10 gel filtration chromatography.SPIF-Ⅰ exhibited a molecular mass of 303.8 by ESI-MS,and its abstract summit of ultraviolet ray was 273 nm.The results of biologicol activity showed that SPIF-Ⅰ specifically increased the proliferative respond of mitogen ConA-induced mouse splenocytes. That SPIF-I was a small chain peptide with immunoreglating activity of sheep placenta extract.
