Study on Immunoregulating Activity of Sheep Placental Extract and One of Its Component(SPIF-I)

Abstract

The analysis of sheep placental extract and one of its component(SPIF-Ⅰ)was made by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),and the appraisal of immunocompetence of them was measured by E-rosette test.The results showed that both sheep placental extract and SPIF-Ⅰcould increase E-rosette formation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and that SPIF-Ⅰwas a small chain peptide with immunoreglating activity of sheep placenta extract.
