Abstract

[Objective]To analyze the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Lixia district and provide strategies for disease control.[Methods]Statistical analysis of incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis' cases from the epidemic situation reports system from 2002 to 2006 was conducted.[Results]There were 1 557 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in five years and the incidence rate was 54.73/100 000.The incidence rate was the third in all reported communicable diseases.There was a difference of the incidence rate during the different years(P0.01).[Conclusion]The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis was relatively higher,so the anticipatory control should be strengthened.
