Influence of cognitive behavioral intervention on depression disorder and quality of life in patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive behavioral intervention on depression disorder and quality of life in patients with stroke.Methods 92 cases of depression patients after stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing and rehabilitation training;the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD) score and life quality score between the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of HAMD score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P 0.05).All aspects of quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention is help to improve adverse psychological in patients with post-stroke depression,it can enhance patients' coping skills,promote the recovery of neural function,improve the quality of life.
