A study on influence of cognitive intervention on depressed sentiment of depression patients

Abstract

Objective:To study the influence of cognitive intervention on depressed sentiment of depression patients.Methods:A total 68 depression patients were selected and divided into study group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases) randomly.The control group received conventional depressed and psychological care.The study group received cognitive intervention in addition. Hamilton depression rating Scale for depression (HAMD) were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:The scores of HAMD in study group at the end of the 3rd and 6th week were significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion:The cognitive intervention has a significant impact on the improvement of depressive sentiment in depression patients.
