A probe into reform about government regulation

Abstract
Our country's government regulation started with the planned economy system. It does not suit the market economy. A good government regulation must be stuck to public interests, independence, opening, validity, simplity, and ruled by law. The defects concerning government regulation involve: undue location, incomplete procedure and high cost. In order to construct a new government regulation system, we want to reform by perfecting law and regulation system, loosening regulation, intensifying supervision and perfecting market subject ect.
