Abstract
With the development of social economy,government regulation theory generally has five stages including public interests the theory,sector interests theory,competitive market theory,motivation regulation theory,and the theory of new institutional economics.The author studies the theoretical change of government regulation,administrative monopoly of Chinese government regulation,and the failure phenomena of rent-seeking behavior and use high costs to make low efficiency in order to improve the regulation ability of Chinese government,and provide reference for the construction of a healthy government regulation system.
