The Reform of Chinese Governance System and Policy Choosing During the Transitional Period

Government regulation is an important institution arrangement to standardize or restrict the economic activity of the microeconomic subject under the situation of market failure for a certain public interests.There are a lot of problems in Chinese government regulation during the transitional period:the constitution of regulation law lags behind,the regulatory organizations can not enforce the regulating function independently and efficiently,behavior subject is not mature in the government regulating process and the way of regulation is not efficient,which clag the economic development in China.So,combining the experience of the government regulation of western countries and the Chinese practices contribute a lot to promoting our government regulation reform.
