Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved B-Lynch uterine suture for uterine atony postpartum haemorrhage in cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 98 patients with uterine atony postpartum haemorrhage in cesarean delivery were randomly divided into control group(n=49) and observation group(n=49).Both groups received conventional treatment of uterus massage and intravenous injection of oxytocin. Then the control group and observation group received traditional B-Lynch uterine suture and improved B-Lynch uterine suture, respectively. The clinical effect of hemostasis and post-operative complications were observed and analyzed. Results The differences of the rates of postpartum haemorrhage, and postpartum bleeding 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery in both groups were not statistically different(P0.05).The amount of lochia in the observation group was significantly reduced, compared with the control group(P0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative abdominal pain, intestinal adhesion, puerperalism of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Improved B-Lynch uterine suture is effective and safe in the treatment of uterine atony postpartum haemorrhage in cesarean delivery, and it can reduce postpartum haemorrhage and the incidence of postoperative complications.
