Abstract
Objective To investigate the modified B-Lynch surgical suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section application value. Methods To select 32 cases of uterine atony bleeding after cesarean section from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Jianxi District People's Hospital and Ruyang County People's Hospital from September 2004 to July 2008. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 20 cases of the observation group were treated with modified B-Lynch surgical suture, while 12 cases of the control group were treated with intrauterine gauze packing operation. Results Both methods were effective in postpartum hemorrhage,However, the operative time of observation group is(52.56±10.56 )min, which was shorter than that of control group(69.54±19.92)min;with significantly difference between them(P0.01);As for the hemorrhage amount, the observation Group of postpartum was less than that of the control group, with significantly difference between them(P0.01);There was 1 case of puerperal morbidity in the observation group(1/20),and there were 3 cases in the control group(3/12),the difference is highly significant(P0.01). Conclusion The advantages of the modified B-Lynch suture surgery for the treatment of uterine atony during cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage is simplified, efficient, bleeding effective, curative effect and fewer complications and so on.
