Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and security of modified B-Lynch suture in treatment of uterine atony hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods 25 patients in uterine atony hemorrhage during cesarean section were enrolled for retrospective analysis.11 patients using the modified B-Lynch suture hemostasis were selected as observation group, and 14 cases in control group using traditional stop bleeding methods.Operative time, postpartum hemorrhage, the success rate, puerperal morbidity, hemoglobin changes, and menstruation time were observed and compared. Results The operative time and postpartum hemorrhage in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The success rate in observation group was significantly higher than the control group, while postoperative puerperal morbidity was significantly lower, and the difference also has statistical significant(P 0.05).And there was no significant difference between two groups in menstruation time(P 0.05). Conclusion It is effect of modified B-Lynch suture in treatment of uterine atony hemorrhage during cesarean section.More importantly,it is simple, safe and suitable for primary hospitals.
