Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine. Method: 52 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group, control group for gastrointestinal decompression, observation group added to with Dachaihu decoction,two groups were observed the clinical curative effect,before and after treatment APACHE II score,other index and complications. Result: The observation group cure rate and the total efficiency was significantly higher than that control group( P 0. 05); 24 hours,48 hours,72 hours after APACHEII score was significantly lower than the control group; complications,infections,white blood cell recovery were better than the control group. Conclusion: Decoction in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis in clinical efficacy,safety,economy have both,as the disease clinical treatment and reliable method is to promote.
