Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiqianqingyi Decoction on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: 80 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were divided randomly into the control group and the treatment group.Xiqianqingyi Decoction was used to retention enema in the treatment group on the basis of the routine therapies in 2 groups.Results: These indices in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group such as the recovery time,the total hospital time and the liver function.Conclusion: Xiqianqingyi Decoction is economical and effective in the severe acute pancreatitis.
