Abstract

Objective:To analyze the method and effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.Method:Selected 74 cases with acute pancreatitis from our hospital digestive internal medicine from April 2012 to September 2013,they were randomly divided into pancreatitis group A and group B, 37 cases in each group.Group A with regular western medicine diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis, group B with regular western medicine plus Dachaihu decoction(decoction of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment).Result:In the acute pancreatitis group A,7 cases cured,8 cases markedly effective,15 cases effective,7 cases of pancreatitis was invalid. In the acute pancreatitis group B,17 cases cured,15 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,1 cases of pancreatitis was invalid.Effect of group B obviously higher than group A(P0.05). In addition, the recovery time of index of group B was less than group A(P0.05). Conclusion:The effect of combined with routine western medicine and Dachaihu decoction in treatment of acute pancreatitis is more effective, can recover quickly and no side effect,is worth promoting.
