Abstract
The effects of various basic media, nature mash, 6-BA and NAA on the stem culture of Dendrobium candidumwere studied. Among 4 media, the B5 medium was the best for bud inducing and proliferating; the highest efficiency of bud proliferation was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 0.1 mg/L 6-BA, coconut milk; the best effect of protocorm proliferation was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 1.0 mg/L NAA; the best effect of root inducing was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 1.0 mg/L NAA.
