Abstract
This article studied the improvement of rapid propagation system for Dendrobium candidum. The results showed that the best medium for the axillary bud induction of Dendrobium candidum was MS+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1,induction rate was 95%.Adding 2 g·L-1 activated carbon or 2.5 g·L-1 Vitamin C to the medium can effectively prevent the explants browning. The improved rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg·L-1,and the rooting rate was over 90%.
