Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the technology of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium candidum. [Method]The stems of D. candidum were used as explants to study the effects of different exogenous hormones and its proportion on the buds induction and rooting of D. candidum. [Result]The best medium for bud proliferation was MS + 5 mg / L 6-BA + 0. 4 mg / L NAA,in which the growth of explants was robust, and the number of bud differentiation and induction rate were higher; the best rooting medium was MS + 0. 5 mg / L IBA + 0. 5 mg / L NAA. [Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for the industrialized production of seedlings of D. candidum.
