Correlation Between Homocysteine and Primary Hypertension

Objective: To discuss the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy) and primary hypertension.Method: We selected 87 example patients with hypertension and 80 example health comparison crowd,used the cyclophorase law determination blood serum homocystein level and other biochemistry target,compared with two groups of crowd's differences.Result: Hypertension group blood plasma Hcy level was higher than the healthy control group.The blood plasma Hcy level and the blood pressure(systolic pressure and diastolic pressure) has the correlational dependence.Hypertension group high Hcy blood sickness prevalence rate(60.92%) was higher than that in the control group(16.25%).The hypertension group Hcy horizontal male was higher than the female.Hypertension group patient age and serum Hcy level has not discovered the correlation.Conclusion: The serum Hcy level elevatation is possibly hyper independence risk factor of hypertension.
