Abstract
Objective : TPurpose To analyze plasma homocysteine(Homocystine,Hcy)levels in patients with essential hypertension,To investigate the clinical significance of Hcy in hypertensive patients. Methods:Select patients 81 with essential hypertension in hospital from April 2011 to February 2013 as the observation group(n=81);selected 81 healthy people Of physical examination the same period as a control group(n=81);Hcy concentrations were tested, Test results were compared between the two groups. Result Hcy levels in the observation group was(16.3 ±6.9) μmol / L. Hcy levels were significantly higher than the control group(9.5 ±1.3) μmol / L. There was a significant difference(P 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion:Plasma homocysteine levels were significantly elevated in patients with essential hypertension,Hcy is one of the risk factors for hypertension,Hcy concentrations in patients with hypertension can provide reference information for clinical treatment.
