Correlation Between Homocysteine and Primary Hypertension

Objective:Tdiscuss the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy) and primary hypertension.Method:We selected 85 patiens with hypertension and 80 health comparison crowd,used the cyclophorase law determ ination blood serum homocysteine level and folic acid,vitaminB12,compared with two groups.Result:Hypertension group blood plasma Hcy level was higher than the healthy control group.The blood plasma Hcy level and the blood pressure(systolic pressure and diastolic pressure) has the correlational dependence.Conclsion: The serum Hcy level elation is possibly hyper independence risk factor of hypertension.
