Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining mifepristone with misoprostol in the termination of high-risk pregnancy. Methods 67 women with pregnancy 12~16 weeks, who have high-risk factors, were selected. They were terminated pregnancy. 40 women in experimental group took medicine. 27 women in Control group who were injected in the amniotic cavity with ethacridine. To observe the efficacy of abortion, the time of delivery and the blood volume in vagina in two groups. Results The efficacy of abortion in experimental group is 90%.The rate in control group was 66.67%. There was significant difference (P0.01); Mean time of delivery between experimental group and control group was 6.8 hours and 45 hours, respectively, there was significant difference too (P0.05). At the same time, the rate of blood in vagina which was less or as much as menstrual blood volume was 70% and 22.22%, respectively, there was significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of combining mifepristone with misoprostol in the termination of high-risk pregnancy were very good.
