Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of high-risk pregnancy.Methods 102 cases patients with high-risk pregnancies were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 51 cases.Study group underwent induced abortion with mifepristone combined misoprostol,and control group received routine abortion.Observed degree of cervical relaxation and the occurrence of postoperative complications of two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group(96.1%) was higher than that of control group(79.4%)(P0.05);And postoperative complications rate of study group(15.7%) was lower than that of control group(37.3%)(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for abortion in high-risk pregnancy is safe and effective.
