Rural residential land consolidation is the principal part of rural land consolidation,and plays an important role in the new socialist countryside construction.Nevertheless problems such as the difficult fund raising,the lack of micro-dynamism and the negligence in the final stage management has been the obstacles during the process of rural residential land consolidation.So,perfecting the incentive mechanism on property rights,profit distribution,diversified finance and multi-interrelation for rural residential land consolidation are needed.
