Abstract

Rural residential land consolidation is a main content of rural land consolidation,and plays an important role in new countryside construction.There are some problems during rural residential land consolidation like ownership adjustment,lack of capital,micro driving and post utilization,and poor management.A new creative mechanism shall be based on property right,diversified financing,profit distribution and interactive exchange in order to boost the sustainable development of rural residential land consolidation.
