Abstract
Some investigation of typical damages in primary and secondary school buildings were introduced,and the characteristics and causes of earthquake damage and the anti-seismic behaviors of three different structure types(masonry structure,frame structure and composite structure)were analyzed.The experience and lessons were summed up.On this basis,some design proposals were provided for practical engineering and reference to improve correlative spacifications and regulations.
