The fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in complicated seam of Kailuan mining area

Reviewed on the development course of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in complicated seam of Kailuan mining area.Introduced three types of the top coal caving mining methods,including the one passing full seam mining with top coal caving,the top slicing pre-mining and the top coal caving mining under the artificial steel mesh roof,and the sectional slicing top coal caving mining in the inclined seam.From the top coal middle level caving mining and the top coal low level caving mining,analyzed the discovery,reform and development processes of the top coal caving mining technology as well as the achievements obtained from each stage in Kailuan(Group)Corporation.Stressed the induction on the top coal low level caving mining in ultra thick seam,the top coal caving in thick seam with light weight powered supports,the top coal caving mining in the deep inclined thick seam with the mini type powered supports and the top coal caving mining in high inclined ultra thick seam as well as the structure and features of the top coal low level caving mining technology.Finally,introduced the selection of the top coal caving mining technique parameter accumulated in the coal production processes,the factors influenced to the safety top coal caving mining and the other study achievements.
