Abstract
The rational selection of the technique parameters played an important role in the effective recovery of top coal.With the similar simulation method in lab,the paper analyzed the mining and caving rate,caving distance between steps and other affected to the top coal caving space as well as the lump coal from top coal influenced to top coal caving.The analysis provided the theoretical bases to improve the coal recovery rate of the fully mechanized longwall top coal caving and mining in special thick seam.
