Abstract
Objective To investigate the negative emotionsof early emotional care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and rehabilitation care compliance. Methods Eighty-eight cases elderly patients who were diagnosed with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group of 44 cases and intervention group of 44 patients. All patients in the control group received general care, and the intervention group was given extra emotional care besides the general care. The two groups were compared. Results Before care was given, the two groups had no statistical significance in termsof depression and anxiety scores(P0.05).One month after the intervention group patients received care, their depression and anxiety scores decreased compared with the control group, and the difference showed statistical significance(P0.05).The rehabili tation care compliance ratioof the control group was5 2.2 7%,while the intervention group was 85.23%.The intervention group was markedly higher than that in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion Early emotional care can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction in the elderly, improve rehabilitative care compliance, worthy of further clinical application.
