Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical value of early systematic rehabilitation care for depression in elderly patients after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:44 patients in the care group used the early systematic rehabilitation nursing and control group's 44 patients used the routine care.The patients were analyzed daily life and the ability to change the situation of anxiety and depression.Results:The neurological function and activities of daily living scores in care group before and after treatment were significantly improved.The anxiety and depression self-rating scales decline showed the patients in the care group had good mental conditions.The care group had obvious effect,P0.05.Conclusion:Early systematic rehabilitation care can significantly improve the quality of life on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and promote the normal life.
