The effect of cognitive intervention on psychological status and rehabilitation compliance in senile patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive intervention in senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 senile patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,two groups were given rehabilitation treatment,the control group adopted routine nursing,the observation group was enhanced cognitive intervention on the basis of the control group,and two groups were compared with psychological status and rehabilitation therapy compliance.Results The improvement of SDS,SAS score after the intervention in the observation group was better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).rehabilitation treatment compliance in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Cognitive intervention can improve cerebral infarction patients with their illness cognition,improve the compliance of rehabilitation,and enhance the treatment effect.
