Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention and health education in the care of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 180 cases of eligible patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction in our hospital from March, 2010 to June, 2012 were selected. In accordance with the ratio of 1:1, they were divided into the observation group(group A) and the control group(group B). The patients of the observation group were treated with care model of psychological intervention with health education, while the patients of the control group were given routine care. The therapeutic effect of these two groups of patients was observed carefully. Results In the case of the psychological state of recovery, the observation group was significantly better than the control group; mastery of self-care, the observation group was significantly better than the control group; treatment satisfaction, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of psychological intervention and health education care for patients with cerebral infarction, can improve the patients' self-care ability and their psychological conditions, enhance the quality of life and improve patient satisfaction with care, and is conducive to building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
