Effect of Shenshuai Xiezhuo Tang on Renal Expression of BMP_7,TGFβ_1 in Renal Interstitial Fibrosis in Male

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenshuai Xiezhuo tang on bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP7),transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1) in renal interstitial fibrosis in male. Methods:The model rats were subjected to Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction(UUO),72 male were randomly divided into:sham operation group、model group、low Shenshuai Xiezhuo tang group、Medium Shenshuai Xiezhuo tang group、high Shenshuai Xiezhuo tang group、benazepril group. 7th days after operation,14th days were observed side obstructive pathological changes in rats renal tissue,And renal tissue BMP7,TGFβ1 protein expression. Results:The expression of BMP7 of all Shenshuai Xiezhuo tang group and the benazepril group were lower than the sham -opera-ted male,their BMP7 were higher than the model;But expression of TGFβ1 of all ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group and the benazepril group were higher than the sham-operated male,their TGFβ1 were lower than the model. the expression of BMP7 and TGFβ1 was negatively correlated. Conclusion:The probable mechanism of the therapeutic effect of ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang on renal interstitial fibrosis was as follows:It could induce BMP7 expression and inhibite TGFβ1 expression,reduce the renal interstitial fibrosis.
