Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang on bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP7),α-Smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)in renal interstitial fibrosis in male.Methods:The model rats were subjected to Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction(UUO),72 male were randomly divided into: sham operation group、model group、low ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group、Medium ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group、high ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group、benazepril group.7th days after operation,14th days were observed side obstructive pathological changes in rats renal tissue,And renal tissue BMP7,α-SMA protein expression.Results:The expression of BMP7 of all ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group and the benazepril group were lower than the sham-operated male,their BMP7were higher than the model;But expression of α-SMA of all ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang group and the benazepril group were higher than the sham-operated male,their α-SMA were lower than the model.the expression of BMP7 and α-SMA was negatively correlated.Conclusion:The probable mechanism of the therapeutic effect of ShenShuaiXieZhuo tang on renal interstitial fibrosis was as follows:It could induce BMP7 expression and inhibite α-SMA expression,reduce the renal interstitial fibrosis.
