The application of sub-dose Gamma globulin combined hormone in treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sub-dose Gamma globulin combined hormone in the treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:92 children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases of the control group were treated with standard doses gamma globulin combined hormone,47 cases of the observation group were treated with sub-dose gamma globulin combined hormone,the clinical effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,the control group was 97.8%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.001 5,P 0.05);the adverse reactions of observation group was 2.1%,significantly lower than 17.8% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2=4.729 8,P0.05).Conclusion:Sub-dose Gamma globulin combined hormone has satisfactory results and less adverse reactions in the treatment of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,it is worthy of attention.
