Effect of anesthesia of propofol combined with dezocine on painless abortion

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of anesthesia of dezocine combined with propofol on painless abortion.Methods 60 ASA I~Ⅱ patients undergoing painless abortion were randomly divided into group B(propofol,n=30)and group D(propofol combined with dezocine,n=30).MAP,SpO2,heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR)were monitored before and during anesthesia.Awaking time,adverse reactions,grading of pains and the requirement for propofol were observed.Results There were significant differences in MAP,HR,SpO2,RR between the 2 groups;The requirement of propofol,side reactions in group D were less than those in group B,while the recovery time of consciousness and muscle strength in group B was longer(P0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with dezocine has more satisfactory effect on painless abortion with fewer adverse reactions and less pain compared with propofol alone.
