Clinical Research of Dezocine and Propofol Combination Intravenous Injection for Painless Gastroscopy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intravenous anesthesia using dezocine combined with propofol in patients undergoing Painless Gastroscopy.Methods 100 patients who voluntarily required Painless Gastroscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=50): Group A was induced by propofol 2.0mg/kg;Group B dezocine 2.5mg,plus propofol 2.0mg/kg undergoing intravenous anesthesia respectively.Before-treatment,undersurgery,weaken-up MAP,HR,SpO2 were recorded.Patients lost consciousness time,drug withdrawal eye opening time were recorded.Analgesic effect were observed.Results Group B had less the dose of propofol than group A(P0.05);Grop B has better anaglgesia than Group A(P0.05).During and after treatment MAP,HR,SpO2,awake time in both groups had no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol in induced anesthesia has better analgesia effect.
