Small doses of propofol combined with dezocine on painless abortion

Objective To explore the anesthetic effect and feasibility of doses of propofol combined with dezocine on painless abortion.Methods 120ASAⅠ~Ⅱpatients of voluntary row painless were included in the study.According to the order of admission,patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(n=60).Observation group were given 0.1mg/kg dezocine,while the control group was given 0.1μg/kg sufentanil,2min later,patients were given propofol 1~1.5mg/kg for crowd anesthesia.Mean arterial pressure,each time point of the two groups of patients(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO2)change;operative time,propofol,awake time of surgery, respiratory depression,and nausea and vomiting happen were observed.Results MAP,HR and SPO2of the two groups before,during and after surgery had no significant difference(P0.05).The operation time,the total amount of propofol,consciousness recovery time and the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting of the two groups was not statistically significantly different(P0.05)).The respiratory depression rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Small doses dezocine propofol or fentanyl used in painless anesthesia has better results.
