Effect analysis of Dezocine combined with Propofol for painless artificial abortion of operation

Objective To investigate the clinic value of Dezocine combined with Propofol for painless artificial abortion.Methods Fifty cases were only used Propofol and 50 cases used Dezocine combined with Propofol,then compared the two groups with operation situation and adverse reactions occurred during anesthesia.Results Intraoperative blood oxygen saturation of observation group was higher than that of control group(P 0.05),total of Propofol using was less than that of control group(P 0.05),the operation time of awakening was faster than that of control group(P 0.05),the respiratory depression,postoperative pain and dizziness ratio were significantly lower than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with Propofol for painless artificial abortion can effectively reduce the dosage of propofol,avoid respiratory depression and postoperative dizziness,so it can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative pain.
