Abstract
Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology for Shoumingshan Capsules.Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology.The investigation factors were the consumption of water,time and times of extraction.The extraction technology of Shoumingshan Capsules was screened by the transfer rate of emodin and ratio of dry extraction were observed.Results The best extraction condition was as follow:8 times of water,extracted for 3 times,each time was 3 h.Conclusion The above mentioned extraction technology was feasible,stable,reasonable and replicable,the optimized extraction process of Shoumingshan Capsules was obtained.
