Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction process of compound Puxiang capsules. METHODS The optimal extraction process was selected with orthogonal design.The content of active constituent in Yimucao was determined.RESULTS The content of the active ingreclient extracted was influenced by the extraction time, frequency of extraction, soaking time and the quantity of ethanol.CONCLUSIONS The optimal extraction process is:extraction 3 times , 1.5 hour each time, soaking for 20 min.
