Abstract
Objective:To optimize water extraction technology conditions of Chongcao Yangshengbao capsules.Method:With extract yield,crude polysaccharide content and sum of relative peak area from common peaks of HPLC fingerprint as comprehensive evaluation index,orthogonal test was used to investigate effect of adding water muitiples,soaking time and extraction time on extraction process.Result:Optimum water extraction technology was as following:without soaking,extracted 2,1.5 h with 8,6 times the amount of water,respectively.Conclusion:This optimized extraction process was stable,reasonable and feasible.
