Abstract
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of Yaoxitong capsules.Methods The HPLC method was used as the content determination method.The extracted volume of imperatorin was used as evaluation index.The orthogonal design test was used to determine the influence of different factors (ultrasonic time,solvent amount,and extraction times) on the extracted yield.Results Ultrasonic extraction time was 45 min,and extracted for 2 times.Methanol was used as the extraction solvent,and its dosage was 6 times of the sample volume.Conclusion The ultrasonic extraction process with accepted yield is reasonable and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Yaoxitong capsules.
