Abstract

Objective To seek optimum extraction conditions of Qinxuan Capsules by studying on extraction process.Methods The optimum extraction regards baicalin as the index.It was investigated by the orthogonal design and determined by HPLC.Results The influence of water consumption,draw number of times had remarkable difference(P0.05).Conclusion The optimum extraction process of Qinxuan Capsules obtained is that sliced medicinal herbs are extracted,with water for 3 times,with the solvent volume 8 times amount and extraction time 1 hours each time.
