Abstract
Objective To study the optimum extraction of Yixue capsules. Methods The extraction rate of extractum and the extraction amount of epicatechin were chosen as the assessment index, the degree of grinding of Caulis spatholobi and number of extraction were studied;the soaking time, solvent volume and extraction time were the examining factors, the optimum extraction progress was selected with the orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction progress conditions included that Caulis spatholobi was crushed into coarse powder, soaking 1 hour, extracting 2 times, amount of water 10 and 8 times respectively and the extracting time 2.0 h and 1.5 h respectively. Conclusion The optimum extraction process can almost extract all the effective components, which can provide the test foundation for industrial production.
